The Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office offers a variety of Deferred Prosecution Programs, including the Tarrant County Public Safety Employees Treatment Court. This program is designed to help First Responders (peace officer, firefighter, detention officer, county jailer, or emergency medical services employees) a chance to get the help they need and help get their misdemeanor and felony charge off their record.

Our goal is to help our clients get accepted into the Tarrant County Public Safety Employees Treatment Court (which allows for the case to be dismissed and become eligible for an expunction).

If you are currently employed in public safety in a first responder type position (police, firefighter, EMS, EMT, Sheriff’s Office, Detention Officer, Jailer) and have a pending case in the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, then you might qualify for the Tarrant County Public Safety Employees Treatment Court.  We offer our clients assistance throughout the application and admittance process.
