Dustin Trammel is a Partner at Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC.  Dustin is a former felony and DWI prosecutor in Tarrant County, Texas where he tried over 30 criminal jury trials, including trials for DWI, Assault Bodily Injury Family Member, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Possession of a Controlled Substance 4-200 grams Penalty Group 1, Felony Evading Arrest in a Vehicle, Burglary of a Habitation, Fail to Register as a Sex Offender, and Sexual Assault.  He has handled hundreds of criminal and DWI cases, both as a prosecutor and in private practice.  He was named a Top Attorney in Criminal Law by Fort Worth Magazine every year from 2020 to 2023 and was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star by Thomson Reuters for 2022, 2023, and 2024.
