July 2, 2020 COVID-19 Update:
Felony and misdemeanor courts have started conducting court dockets for individuals who are on bond. Please check to see whether it is an in-person or virtual hearing (some courts are allowing for call-in or attorney appearances during this time period). For all in-person hearings, masks and social distancing are REQUIRED. All jury trials have been postponed and cannot start back up until September 1, 2020 (and will likely be postponed to a later start date).
Our team of Colleyville & Fort Worth criminal defense attorneys and DWI lawyers at Hoeller McLaughlin PLLC are still helping clients and potential clients in need of an experienced attorney. We have been conducting consultations and client meetings on the phone or over virtual teleconference. We are also conducting in-person consults and meetings by appointment only (please call to schedule an appointment). In addition, our office is adhering to the Governor’s Executive Orders, which requires masks & social distancing for any in-person meetings (Thank you!).
May 10, 2020 COVID-19 Information (Original Post):

Jury trials have also been postponed to at least July at this time. Courts and attorneys, where necessary, have been conducting plea bargains and bond hearings for Defendants in custody over Zoom meetings (with a waiver) to make sure that Defendants in jail are not facing civil rights violations.
